Little Broncos Academy
Formerly Serendipity Childcare, Little Broncos Academy is a new childcare center located 1 mile past the Hampden town line that offers high-quality care for children ages 6weeks to 12 years. Our programs are designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. We believe the best way to learn is through play. However, we have a structured curriculum as well as a play based therefore we have developed our programs accordingly to children's social, emotional and creative development. All caregivers have specialized state trainings and are certified in all aspects of their job. All children will have outside time daily as well as access to an indoor gym during inclement weather. There will be bus pick-up and drop-off here at Little Broncos Academy for all Hampden school age kids.
Infant care 6 weeks to 30 months.
At Little Broncos Academy, we offer specialized infant care. Meaning that instead of your infant being in a room with many other children, your infant will be with other children their age. With 1 teacher per 3 infants, your child will get more one on one attention. Our infant teachers are all certified in Infant CPR/ARD and first aid, SIDS, age-appropriate development and are required to have yearly trainings through our state programs. Our experienced caregivers provide a safe and supportive environment where infants can explore, play, and develop essential skills. We prioritize individualized attention and age-appropriate activities including, but not limited to, music and reading times to promote healthy growth and development. Our older infants will be working on gross motor skills, speech and language skills, sharing and creative play. Your young toddler is becoming more mobile so providing critical toys, music, crafts and reading times will help with their overall development and get them ready with more structured activities as they grow.
Toddler Care 2 1/2 years to 4 years
In our toddler room, we will be working on our social/emotional skills, potty training, crafts and creativity, playing well with others, friendships and all things that make your toddler uniquely them! These are the years when we get them ready for kindergarden with a little more structure and activities for learning thrown in. Toddlers are busy and we have just the teachers to keep up with them. They will learn daily shapes, colors, numbers, yoga and other fundimental play so that they will be ready when its time to move to the big school.
Before and After School Care & Preschool 3y - 4y.
Little Broncos Academy extends its services to provide before and after school care for children up to 12 years old. We offer a supportive environment where children can unwind, socialize, and engage in enriching activities. Our team ensures a seamless transition between school and our center, promoting a sense of belonging and continuity for our students. All school age children will have access to crafts, a large gym for play or basketball and a new commercial playground to explore. We are located withing the RSU#22 school district so, your child can take the bus to and from school every day! Once your child becomes completely potty trained, s/he will be able to attend our school age room where they will start the transition from toddler to Pre-k. We offer a preschool curriculum that will get your child ready for the upcoming, PreK school year.
